Hi-Speed USB 2.0 File Transfer Cable (365925): Installation issues

Problem:
Cable is not identified on XP systems.


Solution:
The drivers have been updated for the English based Windows OS. If you have an XP version running any other language, you will want to download the updated application and driver from Microsoft.

Be sure to select the proper language from the drop-down button, and you should be able to solve the problem.
