PCMCIA Serial Card: How to change the COM Port under Windows 9x?

Problem:
"After the installation the card shows up as COM5. How can the COM Port be changed to COM2 in Windows 98/Me? "

Solution: Upgrade OS to Windows 2000/XP
The COM Port cannot be changed under Windows 9x (Windows 95/98/Me). This function is only available in Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
