460460 and 460477: Installation Problems

Problem:
After inserting the installation CD, the autorun program does not work on Windows Vista or Windows 7. How do I get the camera to install?

Solution:
This is an issue regarding how these two operating systems handle the autorun.exe. To install the software and drivers you will need to manually open the disk.

1. Right click on the "My Computer" Icon and select "explore".
2. Browse the CD drive, and right click on the setup program.
3. select "run as administrator"

The installation will begin normally at that point. Follow the prompts to complete installation.
